The Picket Fence Media was started in 2020 when Tim and Robbie the Directors lost their jobs during COVID. 

Initially starting by providing free photoshoots to agents within Brisbane, the business quickly grew through referrals due to the quality of the photoshoots but more importantly the customer service we provided.

Since 2020, we have grown to cover the majority of South East Queensland. Our goal has always been to keep things simple for our agents, consistent and fast. We continue to work on bettering our product and service through consistent training, investing in systems and procedures and moving with the market and technology. 

Our offering to agents is unbeatable customer service, consistency across your shoots and getting you booked in as fast as possible with photos delivered the next day.

One of many projects we are currently working on in 2025 include ‘continuous delivery’ whereby all photoshoots will be delivered on a rolling schedule much like Airbus or Boeing deliver their jets , without the current 9am ‘deadline’ the industry has self imposed.

We pride ourselves on our next day availability and track this with this running close to 90%.

Bookings can be made either through our easy to use Online Booking Portal or by contacting our office via phone, text or email 

By using our Online Portal, you will be able to easily keep track of photoshoots including rescheduling, cancelling and viewing past bookings. 

Yes absolutely! We love working with agents and form part of your team.

If you have a specific request for all of your photoshoots, we can add this to our backend system such that it is carried across all of your bookings with us. Speak to our friendly admin team if you’d like to discuss or add any specific requests.

Alternatively, if you have specific requests for one photoshoot, these can be added to the photoshoot during the booking process

We offer simple pricing across all our photoshoots.

Our most popular packages include photos, floorplan and drone for $399, or our special package which also adds a professional video and social media reel for $799.

We get it; photoshoots may need to be postponed or cancelled for a number of reasons out of your control including tenants, weather or so vendors can be better prepared. 

Photoshoots cany be cancelled or reschedule using the email you initially received when making the booking, or using the online portal (outside of 3 hours). Alternatively feel free to call, text or email us

Our Office hours are 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and 8:30am to 11:30am on Saturdays.
